사이를 잇는 사람들(이하 “회사”)은 WinkFlick(이하 “앱”) 2.0을 개발하고 운영합니다. 앱에는 회원가입이 없고, 회사 서버로 보내는 개인정보도 없습니다. 이 방침은 앱이 기기에서 어떤 정보를 어떻게 다루는지 설명합니다.

1. 회사가 수집하는 개인정보

회사가 수집하는 개인정보는 없습니다.

• 회원가입과 로그인이 없습니다.
• 회사 서버로 보내는 개인정보가 없습니다.
• 광고, 추적, 분석 SDK를 쓰지 않습니다. 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 요청도 하지 않습니다.

2. 앱이 사용하는 권한과 용도

• 카메라: 사진과 영상을 촬영할 때 사용합니다.
• 마이크: 영상을 찍을 때 소리를 담는 데 사용합니다. 녹음한 소리는 영상에 포함되어 사진 앱에 저장되고, 서버로 보내지 않습니다.
• 사진(사진 추가, 쓰기 전용): 찍은 사진과 영상을 사진 앱에 저장할 때 사용합니다. 앱을 처음 쓸 때 요청합니다.
• 사진(보관함 읽기): 앱 안 앨범을 처음 열 때만 요청합니다. 앨범에서 고른 사진에 필름을 입히는 데만 쓰며, 사진은 기기 안에서만 처리하고 서버로 보내지 않습니다. 결과는 항상 새 사진으로 저장하고 원본은 바꾸지 않습니다. 앨범에서 사진을 지울 때는 iOS 확인창을 거치며, 지운 사진은 사진 앱의 “최근 삭제된 항목”으로 이동합니다.
• 위치(선택): 4항의 지역 이름 각인에만 사용합니다. “앱을 사용하는 동안”만 허용하면 되고, 대략적인 위치로 충분합니다.

3. 사진 처리

필터와 AI 처리는 모두 기기 안에서 합니다. 사진과 영상 데이터는 서버로 보내지 않습니다.

4. 위치 정보

사진에 날짜와 함께 지역 이름(예: SEOUL, BUSAN)을 새기는 기능에만 위치를 사용합니다.

지역 이름을 얻기 위해 iOS가 위치 좌표를 Apple의 지오코딩 서비스에 보냅니다. 이 전송에는 Apple의 개인정보 처리방침이 적용됩니다.

앱은 좌표를 저장하지 않으며, 사진 정보(EXIF)에도 GPS 좌표를 넣지 않습니다. 사진에 남는 것은 지역 이름 글자뿐입니다.

위치 권한을 허용하지 않으면 날짜만 새겨집니다.

5. iCloud 동기화

동기화 기능을 켜면 직접 만든 필름(필터)과 설정을 사용자 본인의 iCloud에 동기화합니다. 이 데이터는 사용자의 Apple 계정에 저장되고, 회사는 접근할 수 없습니다. iCloud를 끄면 기기 안에만 저장됩니다.

6. 유료 기능 결제

필름을 입힌 촬영은 하루 24컷, 현상(앨범 사진에 필름을 씌워 새 사진으로 저장하는 기능. 이전 버전 앱에서는 “인화”로 표시됩니다)은 하루 3장까지 무료입니다. 필름 무제한은 한 번만 결제하는 상품이며 구독이 아닙니다.

결제는 Apple(App Store)이 처리합니다. 회사는 카드 등 결제 정보를 받지 않습니다. 구매 확인과 구매 복원도 기기에서 Apple App Store를 통해 이루어지며, 회사나 다른 업체로 전달되는 정보는 없습니다. 오늘 남은 횟수는 기기 안에만 저장합니다.

7. 1.x 버전 사용자

1.x 버전을 쓰던 분은 2.0을 처음 실행할 때 앱 안에 있던 사진을 사진 앱으로 옮깁니다. 옮긴 뒤에는 앱 안의 사본을 삭제합니다.

8. 제3자 제공

회사는 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않고, 개인정보 처리를 위탁하지도 않습니다. 4항의 Apple 지오코딩은 iOS가 직접 하는 것이며 회사가 받는 정보는 없습니다.

9. 보유 기간과 삭제

회사가 보유하는 개인정보가 없으므로 회사가 삭제할 정보도 없습니다. 앱을 지우면 앱이 기기에 저장한 설정과 필름이 함께 지워집니다. 사진 앱에 저장된 사진은 앱을 지워도 남으며, 사용자가 사진 앱에서 직접 관리합니다. iCloud에 동기화한 데이터는 iCloud 설정에서 지울 수 있습니다.

10. 이용자의 권리

회사가 보유하는 개인정보가 없어 열람이나 정정, 삭제를 요청할 대상이 없습니다. 개인정보와 관련해 궁금한 점은 아래 책임자에게 문의해 주세요.

Sai Bridge People (“we”, “us”) develops and operates WinkFlick (the “app”) version 2.0. The app has no sign-up, and it sends no personal information to our servers. This policy explains what the app does with information on your device.

1. Personal information we collect

We collect no personal information.

• There is no sign-up or login.
• No personal information is sent to our servers.
• The app uses no advertising, tracking or analytics SDKs, and it does not ask for App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission.

2. Permissions the app uses

• Camera: used only to take photos and videos.
• Microphone: used only to record audio when you capture video. The audio is part of the video saved to the Photos app and is never sent to a server.
• Photos (Add Photos Only): used only to save the photos and videos you take to the Photos app. Requested when you first use the app.
• Photos (Read Access): requested only the first time you open the in-app album. Used only to apply a film to a photo you choose; photos are processed on your device and never sent to a server. The result is always saved as a new photo and the original is never changed. Deleting from the album goes through the iOS confirmation and moves the photo to Recently Deleted.
• Location (optional): used only for the place-name stamp described in section 4. Only “While Using the App” is requested, and approximate location is sufficient.

3. Photo processing

Filters and AI processing all run on your device. Photo and video data is never sent to a server.

4. Location

Location is used only to stamp a place name (for example SEOUL, BUSAN) on your photo alongside the date.

To look up the place name, iOS sends the location coordinates to Apple’s geocoding service. Apple’s Privacy Policy applies to that transfer.

The app does not store coordinates and does not write GPS coordinates into the photo’s metadata (EXIF). Only the place-name text is stamped on the photo.

If you do not allow location access, only the date is stamped.

5. iCloud sync

If you turn sync on, the films (filters) you create and your settings are synced to your own iCloud. This data is stored in your Apple account, and we cannot access it. If you turn iCloud off, the data stays on your device only.

6. Paid features

Shooting with a film is free for up to 24 shots a day, and printing (applying a film to a photo from the album and saving it) is free for up to 3 prints a day. Unlimited Film is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

Payments are handled by Apple (the App Store). We do not receive card or other payment details. Purchases are verified and restored on your device through the Apple App Store, and nothing is sent to us or to any other company. The number of shots and prints left for the day is stored only on your device.

7. Users of version 1.x

If you used version 1.x, the photos kept inside the app are moved to the Photos app the first time you open 2.0. After they are moved, the copies inside the app are deleted.

8. Sharing

We do not share personal information with third parties, and we do not use any processor to handle it. The Apple geocoding in section 4 is performed by iOS itself, and we receive no data from it.

9. Retention and deletion

We hold no personal information, so there is no data for us to delete. Deleting the app removes the settings and films it stored on your device. Photos saved to the Photos app remain there after you delete the app, and you manage them in Photos. Data synced to iCloud can be removed in your iCloud settings.

10. Your rights

Because we hold no personal information, there is no data to access, correct or delete through us. If you have questions about your privacy, contact the privacy officer below.
