이 약관은 사이를 잇는 사람들(이하 “회사”)이 제공하는 WinkFlick(이하 “서비스”)을 이용할 때 회사와 이용자 사이의 권리와 의무를 정합니다. 서비스를 설치하거나 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

제1조 서비스 내용

서비스는 필름 감성의 필터로 촬영해 기기의 사진 앱에 저장하는 카메라 앱입니다. 회원가입 없이 이용할 수 있습니다.

제2조 촬영물의 권리

이용자가 서비스로 찍은 사진과 영상의 권리는 이용자에게 귀속됩니다. 회사는 촬영물을 받거나 보관하지 않으며, 필터와 AI 처리는 모두 기기 안에서 이루어집니다. 개인정보 처리에 관한 내용은 개인정보처리방침에서 정합니다.

제3조 유료 기능과 환불

필름을 입힌 촬영은 하루 24컷, 현상(이전 버전 앱에서는 “인화”로 표시됩니다)은 하루 3장까지 무료이고, 횟수는 매일 0시(기기 시간 기준)에 다시 채워집니다. 필름 없이 찍는 사진과 동영상은 횟수 제한이 없습니다. 필름 무제한은 한 번만 결제하는 상품입니다.

유료 기능의 결제와 환불은 Apple의 정책을 따릅니다. 환불은 Apple의 환불 요청 절차(reportaproblem.apple.com)로 신청합니다.

구매한 기능은 같은 Apple 계정에서 “구매 복원”으로 다시 이용할 수 있습니다.

제4조 이용자의 준수 사항

이용자는 서비스로 타인의 권리를 침해하거나 법령에 어긋나는 촬영을 해서는 안 됩니다. 촬영물로 생긴 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.

제5조 서비스의 변경과 중단

회사는 서비스의 기능을 바꾸거나 일부 또는 전부를 중단할 수 있습니다. 이용자에게 불리한 중요한 변경은 앱이나 이 웹페이지로 미리 알립니다.

제6조 면책

회사는 천재지변, 기기·운영체제의 문제, Apple 서비스의 장애 등 회사가 통제할 수 없는 사유로 생긴 손해에 책임지지 않습니다. 기기의 저장 공간이나 권한 설정 때문에 사진이 저장되지 않은 경우에도 마찬가지입니다. 회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 생긴 손해는 법령에 따라 책임집니다.

제7조 약관의 변경

약관을 바꿀 때는 시행일 7일 전에 이 페이지에 알립니다. 이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전에 알립니다.

제8조 준거법과 관할

이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석됩니다. 서비스와 관련한 분쟁은 민사소송법이 정한 관할 법원에서 다룹니다.

These terms set out the rights and obligations between Sai Bridge People (“we”, “us”) and you when you use WinkFlick (the “service”). By installing and using the service, you agree to these terms.

Article 1. The service

The service is a camera app that applies film-style filters as you shoot and saves the result to your device’s Photos app. No sign-up is needed.

Article 2. Rights to your photos

You own the photos and videos you take with the service. We do not receive or store them, and the service runs its filters and AI processing entirely on your device. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Article 3. Paid features and refunds

Shooting with a film is free for up to 24 shots a day and printing is free for up to 3 prints a day. The counts refill every day at midnight (your device’s time). Photos taken without a film and videos have no limit. Unlimited Film is a one-time purchase.

Payment and refunds for paid features follow Apple’s policies. Refunds are requested through Apple’s Report a Problem page (reportaproblem.apple.com).

You can restore a purchase with “Restore Purchases” on the same Apple account.

Article 4. Your responsibilities

You must not use the service to infringe others’ rights or to take photos that violate the law. You are responsible for what you capture.

Article 5. Changes and discontinuation

We may change the service or stop part or all of it. We will give notice in the app or on this web page before any important change that is unfavorable to you.

Article 6. Disclaimer

We are not liable for damage caused by reasons beyond our control, such as natural disasters, problems with your device or operating system, or outages of Apple services. The same applies when a photo is not saved because of your device’s storage or permission settings. We remain liable under the law for damage caused by our intent or gross negligence.

Article 7. Changes to these terms

We will post changes on this page 7 days before they take effect, or 30 days before if they are unfavorable to you.

Article 8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes related to the service will be brought before the court that has jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
