제1조 앱의 내용

앱은 웹 페이지와 터미널을 탭으로 여는 브라우저이고, 사용자가 연결한 AI를 옆 창에서 쓰게 해 줍니다. 앱은 현재 개발 중이며 기능은 예고 없이 바뀔 수 있습니다.

제2조 오픈소스 라이선스

앱의 소스 코드는 GitHub(https://github.com/gaumeee/copane)에서 공개하며 GNU GPL-3.0에 따라 이용할 수 있습니다. 라이선스가 허락하는 범위의 복제·수정·배포에는 이 약관보다 해당 라이선스가 우선합니다. 앱에 쓰인 제3자 소프트웨어는 각자의 라이선스를 따릅니다.

제3조 AI 기능과 이용자의 책임

• AI 서비스는 사용자가 직접 고르고 연결합니다. API 키와 요금, 해당 서비스의 이용약관은 사용자의 책임입니다.
• AI의 답변과 AI가 브라우저·터미널에서 한 행동은 틀리거나 뜻밖일 수 있습니다. 결과를 확인하고 쓸지 정하는 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다. 앱은 AI가 사용자의 데이터를 보기 전에 허락을 묻지만, 허락한 뒤의 사용은 사용자의 판단입니다.
• 터미널에서 실행하는 명령과 프로그램(Claude Code, Codex 등 포함)은 사용자의 기기와 계정 권한으로 실행됩니다.

제4조 제3자 서비스

앱에서 접속하는 웹사이트, 검색엔진, AI 서비스, 광고 차단 목록은 회사가 운영하지 않으며 각자의 약관과 방침을 따릅니다. 회사는 그 내용과 가용성을 보증하지 않습니다.

제5조 광고 차단

광고·추적 차단은 필터 목록에 따른 것이어서 모든 광고를 막는다고 보증하지 않으며, 일부 사이트가 정상적으로 보이지 않을 수 있습니다. 사이트별로 끌 수 있습니다.

제6조 이용자의 금지 행위

• 앱을 이용해 법령이나 제3자의 권리를 침해하는 행위
• 앱이나 연결된 서비스의 정상 동작을 방해하는 행위

제7조 앱의 변경과 중단

회사는 앱의 기능을 바꾸거나 배포를 중단할 수 있습니다. 앱은 사용자의 기기에서 동작하므로 이미 설치한 앱은 계속 쓸 수 있지만, 업데이트와 지원은 중단될 수 있습니다.

제8조 면책

앱은 현재 상태 그대로 제공되며, 법이 허락하는 범위에서 회사는 앱 이용으로 생긴 손해(데이터 손실, AI 결과로 인한 손해 등)에 책임지지 않습니다. 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 있는 경우는 예외입니다.

제9조 약관의 변경

약관을 바꾸면 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 올립니다.

제10조 준거법과 관할

이 약관은 대한민국 법에 따르며, 분쟁은 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.

Article 1. About the App

The App is a browser that opens web pages and terminals as tabs and lets you use an AI you connect in a side pane. The App is under development and its features may change without notice.

Article 2. Open-source license

The App’s source code is published on GitHub (https://github.com/gaumeee/copane) and available under the GNU GPL-3.0. For copying, modifying and distributing as that license permits, the license takes precedence over these terms. Third-party software in the App is governed by its own licenses.

Article 3. AI features and your responsibility

• You choose and connect AI services yourself. API keys, charges and the service’s own terms are your responsibility.
• AI answers and actions the AI takes in the browser or terminal may be wrong or unexpected. You are responsible for checking results and deciding whether to use them. The App asks before AI sees your data, but how you use data after allowing it is your decision.
• Commands and programs you run in the terminal (including Claude Code, Codex and similar) run with your device and account permissions.

Article 4. Third-party services

The websites, search engines, AI services and ad-block lists you reach through the App are not operated by the Company and follow their own terms and policies. The Company does not guarantee their content or availability.

Article 5. Ad blocking

Ad and tracker blocking relies on filter lists; it does not guarantee that all ads are blocked, and some sites may not display correctly. You can turn it off per site.

Article 6. Prohibited conduct

• Using the App to infringe laws or the rights of third parties
• Interfering with the normal operation of the App or connected services

Article 7. Changes to and discontinuation of the App

The Company may change the App’s features or stop distributing it. Because the App runs on your device, an app you already installed keeps working, but updates and support may end.

Article 8. Disclaimer

The App is provided as is. To the extent the law permits, the Company is not liable for damages arising from use of the App (such as data loss or damages caused by AI output), except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Article 9. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version will be posted on this page with its effective date.

Article 10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are resolved in the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
